Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive data strategy and lead advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and predictive frameworks.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental methodologies.
  • Build intuitive business intelligence dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional projects using data to address high-impact challenges.
  • Mentor and guide data scientists, analysts, and engineering partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in data science and analytics.
  • Strong foundation in advanced statistics, experimentation, and model development.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for analytics and modeling.
  • Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, and dbt for BI and data transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to align data initiatives with business strategy.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
