Overview The ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, integrated solutions across Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows using the ServiceNow platform.
This role requires deep expertise in financial operations, procurement, supplier lifecycle management, and ServiceNow’s SPO, SLO, and APO modules. The architect will lead client engagements, define technical strategies, and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
Responsibilities Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for Source-to-Pay workflows, including Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and Accounts Payable Operations (APO).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
Design interaction layers for portals, case management, and integrations with financial systems and S2P applications.
Conduct workshops to re-engineer finance and supply chain processes, identifying automation opportunities and pain points.
Provide governance and mentoring to delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform standards.
Support integration with third-party systems such as ERP, ICertis, EDW, and risk management platforms.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including solution blueprints and configuration guides.
Participate in agile sprints, MVP launches, and continuous innovation cycles to refine and expand solution capabilities.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with a focus on finance and supply chain domains.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow SPO, SLO, APO modules and their configuration.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, procurement, and financial systems.
Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and supplier lifecycle management.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), REST / SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with DocIntel AI, Supplier Risk Screening, and GRC / IRM scopes.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in consulting and client-facing solutioning.
