As our Principal Solutions Architect, you'll be a senior technical representative working under our Co-Founder / CTO to scale our solutions. This role involves building the Solutions Architect function from scratch, establishing thought leadership in the AI ecosystem, and directly influencing how large organizations deploy production AI agents at scale. Important All team members at Arcade wear multiple hats in this high-growth environment. Beyond technical leadership and customer engagement, you'll actively contribute to the AI community through speaking engagements, social media, content creation, and developer evangelism. The Opportunity As our Solutions Architect, you will: Technical Visionary: Lead enterprise architecture decisions for deploying production AI agents, solving challenges related to authentication, integration, and operational visibility. Customer Champion: Build relationships with AI/ML leaders and CTOs at large enterprises, understanding their deployment challenges and crafting secure, compliant solutions using our platform. Community Leader & Evangelist: Represent Arcade.dev at industry conferences, meetups, on social media, through blogs, podcasts, and thought leadership content. Hands-On Builder: Continue coding and building solutions with customers, helping navigate complex architectures, MCP implementations, and security requirements. Build agents for Arcade as well. What You Bring Must Haves: 10+ years enterprise architecture experience with a proven record in designing scalable systems handling complex authentication, authorization, and integration challenges. Deep AI/ML expertise, including hands-on experience with LLMs, tool-calling, agent frameworks, and deploying production AI systems. Understanding of protocols like MCP, OAuth, API security, and enterprise integration patterns. Knowledge of compliance standards (SOC2, PCI), security frameworks, and organizational structures. Active coding skills in modern languages (Python, Go) and frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Agents), with a passion for building and integrating custom solutions. Experience in public speaking and content creation, comfortable presenting at conferences, writing blogs, participating in podcasts, and maintaining an active social media presence. Track record of thought leadership in developer and enterprise communities. Presence in major tech hubs (SF Bay Area, New York, Austin) with strong local connections, willing to travel. Customer-facing experience in solutions architecture, technical sales, or consulting with large enterprise clients. Nice to Haves: Previous Principal Solutions Architect or similar role at a high-growth AI or infrastructure company. Strong personal brand in AI/enterprise tech with a following and viral content. Leadership in community activities like meetups, developer groups, or podcasts. Content creation skills across various mediums. Expertise in identity and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO, zero-trust). Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT) and integration platforms (Zapier, MuleSoft, Workato). Security background with CISO requirements and compliance knowledge. Experience scaling startups from 0 to 1. Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
