Principal Solutions Consultant
As a Principal Solutions Consultant, you'll leverage your professional experience, strong business acumen, and technical expertise to guide prospective customers through their Airtable evaluation and expansion. You will collaborate across business lines to lead the technical evaluation and influence decision-makers to adopt Airtable as their operational workflow management tool.

What you'll do
Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive revenue opportunities at enterprise accounts.
Build meaningful relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers' technical teams.
Lead the technical evaluation process, demonstrating customer-centric value aligned with their unique requirements and workflows.
Translate Airtable's value into the customer's language.
Manage multiple sales cycles, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and prioritize effectively.
Provide credibility and a well-rounded perspective with cross-functional experience in marketing, project management, consulting, or operations.
Share market insights with the product team to inform the product roadmap.
Represent Airtable professionally in all engagements.
Who you are
An experienced, customer-centric professional with skills spanning business, technical knowledge, and communication.
10+ years in SaaS Pre-Sales and 15+ years in industry.
Experience managing sales cycles and technical evaluations.
Knowledge of marketing, product operations, retail management, and other business units.
Understanding of business operations and data structuring in relational databases.
Passionate about solving complex business problems with innovative solutions.
Excellent communicator and storyteller, adaptable to different audiences.
Curious, research-oriented, and trend-aware.
Deep understanding of enterprise integration and API architecture.
Experience with low-code/no-code applications throughout the customer lifecycle.
Knowledge of related technologies like data warehousing and AI systems.
Characteristics valued include passion, autonomy, purposefulness, attention to detail, and effective management skills.
Educational background: BS/BA, MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
Airtable knowledge or certification is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 40-50% as needed.
