Principal Tools Consultant - Customer Workflow / UX / UI Location: Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; New York, NY; Bridgewater, NJ or NJ near NY Travel: 25% up to; but infrequently to begin with : The ServiceNow UX / UI Developer role involves developing and implementing exceptional user experiences within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with lead Architects and team members to build user-centric experiences that promote growth and engagement of the ServiceNow user base. Responsibilities include: Developing Customer Workflow UX / UI requirements (Service Portal, Mobile App, CSM components) Participating in design workshops and reviews, including persona creation and taxonomy Defining technical requirements in ServiceNow Configuring UI layouts and UX / UI components, including controls, labels, and graphics for mobile and desktop platforms Qualifications: Strong understanding of Web technologies: Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, React, HTML, CSS Experience designing portals and UX / UI on the ServiceNow platform for enterprise environments (e.g., Service Portal, Employee Center, Customer Service Portal) ServiceNow mobile app design experience is a plus Portal implementation skills within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including widget development and third-party library integration Proficiency with Bootstrap, responsive web design, and dynamic interfaces Experience with XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, and SaaS environments Experience working within Agile / Scrum methodologies and understanding of the software testing lifecycle Life at Capgemini: We support your well-being through flexible work, healthcare, financial programs, paid time off, parental leave, family benefits, social programs, mentoring, and Employee Resource Groups.
