Salary: $175,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What You Will Do
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to define roadmap priorities and shape new product experiences.
Build and own full-stack product features end-to-end—from early exploration to launch and iteration.
Solve complex technical challenges across scalability, reliability, and performance in a rapidly growing codebase.
Drive architectural improvements, improve developer efficiency, and contribute to engineering best practices.
Lead through influence—mentor others, guide technical decisions, and strengthen the engineering culture.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of software development experience as an Individual Contributor in a fast-paced product environment.
Proven track record of building 0→1 products or shipping major user-facing features.
Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, system design).
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.
Experience working with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) and backend services (Flask, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis).
Comfortable working in a highly autonomous environment and collaborating across time zones.
Preferred Experience
Background in FinTech, DeFi, crypto, or other financial data platforms.
Previous experience at high-growth startups or companies known for strong engineering cultures (e.g., Plaid, Stripe, Notion, Ramp, Figma).
Interest in digital assets, blockchain, or tax automation tools.
Experience designing and scaling distributed systems on modern cloud infrastructure (GCP, Docker, Terraform, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $175,000 – $210,000 USD (no geo-based pay tiers).
Equity: Included as part of total compensation package.
