Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Summary We are seeking a Product Manager to serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team. Their primary goal is to ensure that products meet business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility, while staying aligned with regulatory and industry standards. This role is headquartered in office Monday through Friday with the option to work from home on Friday’s and located in Dallas, Los Angeles or San Francisco. Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and external consultants, to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business and product goals. Requirements Gathering and Prioritization : Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Assist in prioritizing features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource availability. Operational Ticket Management : Review and triage operational tickets from the service desk, refining and clarifying requirements to ensure they are actionable and ready for development, facilitating efficient ticket resolution. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support : Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of UAT to ensure product quality and alignment with business requirements, ensuring all features are tested from the user’s perspective. Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing tools, workflows, and processes, driving innovation, efficiency, and product scalability across the organization. User Advocacy : Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs and pain points are considered throughout the product lifecycle, and that the final product meets their expectations. Training and Adoption Support : Provide training to users and support the successful rollout of new features, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of product updates across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years experience in product management, particularly within technology-driven projects. Strong proficiency in tools such as Jira, Excel, and other product management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Product Management certification or training preferred. Previous experience in commercial real estate, mortgage lending, or commercial banking is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Salesforce, and Snowflake a plus.
