Our client, a leader in professional services procurement, is seeking a Professional Services Category Manager to join their team. As a Professional Services Category Manager, you will be part of the Procurement & Sourcing department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent analytical abilities, and effective stakeholder engagement which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Professional Services Category Manager Location: Remote What's the Job? Develop and execute category strategies for professional services aligned with business needs and goals.

Lead the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) processes.

Manage contract review, redlining, and negotiation in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders.

Lead the selection and implementation of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for contingent workforce management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments such as HR, Legal, Finance, and Business Units.

What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.

5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement with a focus on professional services.

Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, RFP management, and supplier management.

Experience with MSP/VMS programs for contingent labor strongly preferred.

Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Oracle) and vendor management systems (VMS).
