Position Summary & Key Responsibilities As a Program Manager, you'll lead a multi-project effort supporting training development for FEMA. To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel in four key areas: Project Management : Lead a complex program area to produce high-quality results based on contractual requirements, balancing a healthy timeline, budget, and team environment Client Relationship Management : Build trusting relationships with clients to align solutions with their needs, establish a collaborative team culture, and cultivate longer-term opportunities for new business Subject-Matter Expertise : Provide expert-level Federal emergency management and training insights to enhance service quality and create compelling solutions for FEMA Leadership and Culture : Manage a team of 20+ people from CONSTANT and multiple partner companies; mentor project team members by setting clear expectations, providing key tools, and ensuring 360-degree feedback that is timely, candid, and supportive Every CONSTANT team member is expected to proactively contribute to our positive and collaborative culture by upholding our core values of integrity, service, quality, team, and gratitude.
