Robert Half’s enterprise client is seeking a highly capableProgram Manager for a 100% remote 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extending and potential to convert to full-time. This role will support a high-visibility, high-complexity initiative involving a significant systems migration and modernization effort.This role will report to and work closely with the lead program manager, helping to drive day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role is critical to ensuring program momentum, reducing execution risk, and enhancing team responsiveness during a time of significant organizational change. Key Responsibilities: Rapidly ramp up on a technically complex program, including understanding legacy systems, migration plans, and integration requirements; must be able to grasp technical concepts well enough to capture discussions accurately and contribute an informed perspective. Conduct data analysis comparing current systems with proposed new solutions, helping to inform migration planning, risk identification, and stakeholder decision-making. Actively support hands-on program management for the end-to-end systems migration, coordinating activities such as data validation, testing milestones, cutover readiness, and post-migration support. Coordinate and track deliverables, action items, and deadlines across multiple functions and time zones to keep the program on track. Drive change management activities alongside the lead PM, including supporting communications, building a network of change champions, and tracking user adoption risks. Quickly prepare senior-level updates, meeting notes, and clear documentation of decisions, open questions, and risks. Act as an additional point of contact to keep workstreams moving, remove blockers, and maintain alignment across stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Change management experience Experience with Systems Migrations and Data Analysis Familiarity with GitHub, Miro, and ticketing systems is a strong plus.
