Work Location: Sacred Heart Medical Center-Spokane The Provider Compensation Consultant is responsible for the development and analysis of provider compensation plans in support of assigned business unit. Functions as a strategic partner with executive leadership teams, leading compensation design and implementing new programs and best practices. Provides input on and implements policies, procedures and processes on a system-wide basis and provides consultative services, communication and training regarding new and existing compensation programs and issues.
