What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead and mentor 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and ensuring successful media strategies - Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong relationships with clients - Oversee the development and execution of strategic communications plans and campaigns - Generate and edit a variety of written materials including press releases and campaign plans - Proactively identify new business opportunities and engage in networking events
What is Required (Qualifications): - At least 7 years of PR agency experience - Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business - Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management - Excellent publicity skills and understanding of media requirements - Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in delivering impactful PR campaigns with a strong portfolio of results - A wide network of national consumer and business contacts across various media - Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR strategy - Experience with social media influencer engagement and media coverage amplification - Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally at all levels
