Responsibilities
Drive and manage the business and revenue plan for a sales region
Recruit, hire, and train Area Sales Managers to build a high-performing team
Prepare forecasts, manage territory, and develop growth plans
Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals
Travel within the regional territory to build relationships, demonstrate products, and close sales
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years as a sales leader in the automotive space, particularly with dealerships
Proven success in selling solutions or services to dealerships, with a strong understanding of dealership operations
Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience executing a formal sales process from prospecting to closing
Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for sales success
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong relationship-building abilities
