Job Description:
The Broadcom Global System Integration team for India-based GSI is a prestigious and integrated team serving the Top 4 Indian-based GSI for Broadcom software globally. These premier accounts are managed by experienced Global Account Directors based in India, partnered with technical Solution executives and Regional Sales Directors in North America and EMEA, supported by regional technical solution architects. The goal is to establish significant Broadcom relationships in the largest and most influential corporations worldwide, deepening engagement across multiple lines of business, GTM, Delivery, Practice, and CIO organizations.
Our sales approach focuses on our customers’ primary business initiatives, connecting our value to their business value. Our Value Selling strategy involves investing time, talent, and technology from Broadcom to transform our customers’ businesses. This is achieved through focused account management, marketing, engineering teams, and executive engagement.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
This position reports to Prashant Sharma, Global Sales Leader for India-based GSI's . It is a key part of our coverage model for our largest strategic accounts. The role involves engaging with and developing local and global relationships, working closely with CXOs and key stakeholders, and covering all personas impacted by Broadcom.
Manage tactical business while investing in strategic opportunities, balancing SaaS & subscription business with ownership of progression and closure.
Focus primarily on VCF BU, with secondary focus on selling other BU offerings and services through strategic partnerships.
Ensure pipeline actions (CQ, NQ, NQ+1) are advanced, collaborating with BU & Marketing to achieve a pipeline of 2.5 times the quarterly quota.
Maintain high-touch relationships and act as a trusted advisor, executing quarterly coverage plans.

Work Details:
Your work will involve supporting global system integrators in their full global strategy.
Account Management: Own GTM motions and key executive relationships, aligning teams to ensure GSI success and growth.
Customer Intimacy: Maintain influence with key business stakeholders and their clients.
Operational Command: Manage demand generation, forecast accuracy, and sales hygiene, collaborating with account teams and stakeholders.
Persuading/Influencing: Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and decision-makers, articulating market trends and Broadcom solutions.
Communication: Ensure deliberate and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Multi-Cultural Mindset: Work effectively across cultures internally and with clients.
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 12+ years of related experience required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The OTE range is $168,000 - $269,000, including sales incentives and equity options. Broadcom offers comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, and family leave.
