About The RoleThis role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise-level accounts. The RVP will drive revenue growth by ensuring the team effectively navigates complex sales cycles, develops compelling business cases, and achieves sales targets. This position requires a strategic sales leader with a strong coaching mindset, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment. ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Coaching: Foster high-performance and collaborative teams by providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, and facilitating team training sessionsPerformance Management: Set clear performance expectations, monitor individual and team results, deliver constructive feedback through performance reviews, and implement improvement plans as neededDeal Support & Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on key sales opportunities, review sales proposals and contracts, and assist in navigating complex sales cycles to align with overall business objectivesHiring & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of top sales talent and implement comprehensive onboarding and enablement programs for new team membersSales Operations & Reporting: Accurately forecast team sales, manage the pipeline within CRM systems, provide regular sales reports to senior management, ensure adherence to sales processes, and analyze data for improvement opportunitiesIndividual Development: Create and implement individual development plans for team members, identify and address skill gaps through targeted training and coaching, and provide opportunities for professional growth RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including 5 years in a sales management role with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targetsProven track record of success in selling to Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and FintechDemonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise dealsStrong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and best practicesExceptional coaching, mentoring, and people management skillsStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsStrong business acumen and strategic thinking abilitiesProficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred)Compensation: 180-200K Base, Double OTE Perks and BenefitsThis will be the best group that you ever work with!
