Job Responsibilities : Provide compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on their nutritional needs and well-being. Collaborate with other dietitians and facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure the highest level of care. Complete necessary clinical assessments, charting within the EMR system, and participate in meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Conduct meal rounds if/as needed, complete sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Job Requirements: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement. State licensure as required varies by state. Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
