Remote Solutions Architect (Plex)

We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Technical Consultant to help us evaluate and optimize our current software ecosystem and warehouse operations. This role will be instrumental in identifying how our existing systems support manufacturing, uncovering redundancies or gaps, and recommending improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Software Mapping & Analysis
oConduct a comprehensive audit of all current software systems used across departments (ERP, MES, WMS, etc.).
oIdentify each systems role, data flow, and integration points.
oDocument redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for consolidation or enhancement.
Warehouse Process Optimization
oAnalyze current warehouse layouts, workflows, and inventory management practices.
oCollaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to understand material flow and bottlenecks.
oRecommend and help implement process improvements to better support manufacturing needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
oFacilitate workshops and interviews with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and pain points.
oTranslate business needs into technical recommendations and process improvements.
Reporting & Documentation
oDeliver clear documentation of current-state systems and processes.
oProvide future-state recommendations with actionable roadmaps and ROI analysis.

Skills and Requirements
Experience implementing Plex in a manufacturing environment
Experience with any large ERP system
Strong understanding of supply chain, PLM, ERP, and MES systems and how they work together Baan experience
Experience within automation for warehouses null
