What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and govern a knowledge program utilized throughout the organization
Enhance knowledge management tools and processes to promote research work
Streamline operational models and processes to improve efficiency and workflows
Build and nurture communities of practice through workshops, trainings, and guidance
Manage centralized hub for AI vendor, tool, and pilot approvals, including compliance review
What is Required (Qualifications) BA/BS degree with 6+ years of experience in Operations, Research, Program Management, Product Management, or Project Management
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and develop detailed solutions
Experience in working with researchers in a digital product organization
Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
Deep knowledge in experience research and consumer insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with KCS methodologies for content creation and management
Strong demonstrated experience with Airtable
Understanding of cross-functional product-driven organizations or digital agencies
