5 years of designing intricate solutions experience.
5 years of experience in Math, Science, or Technology.
5 years of technology project management experience on complex, critical projects.
5 years of mentoring experience for other technologists.

Responsibilities Design and Methodology: Collaborate closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure sectors, and vendors to identify, review, and assess solution requirements. Investigate and recommend strategic opportunities for virtualization, consolidation, and rationalization within the infrastructure or business. Suggest modifications to the technical architecture and develop applicable solution designs. Align strategic fit solutions across infrastructure platforms pertaining to system hardware and software technologies. Actively participate in long-term capacity planning and technology investments.
Technical Consulting: Offer client consulting and planning support for moderate to large complex projects/programs. Work collaboratively with various functional infrastructure departments on multiple initiatives to achieve shared organizational/business goals. Provide architectural and design consulting to project teams regarding integration opportunities and planning for highly complex systems, ensuring alignment with established strategies, guiding principles, and practices.
Planning and Organizing: Identify and assess projects/programs/initiatives and devise processes that enhance and optimize existing and forthcoming solutions. Translate requirements into standard service solutions, identify opportunities for integrating or reusing technology, and provide cost-effective solutions for moderate to large complex initiatives. Review and manage requirements for moderate to complex solutions, conducting a cost-value, feasibility, and risk assessment.
Risk Management: Review, participate in, develop, and update architectural standards, guiding principles, rationales, and strategies. Assess, review, and authorize highly complex design solutions for business and infrastructure projects or initiatives.
Company Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with UiPath software and subject matter expertise in its functionality. Experience in developing new RPA solutions using the UiPath Robotics Enterprise (RE) Framework and a strong software development background with programming experience in .Net, VB/VBA, and/or PowerShell is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as HTML or JavaScript, experience with SQL databases, and UiPath certifications are also highly desired. Our work category (Category C) requires in-office days that will either be designated or may vary weekly from 2-5 days, with working hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
