RPO Recruiter (Hybrid/Remote)

Location: Irwindale, CA (2 days in office and attend monthly meetings)
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hr
Summary: The RPO Recruiter will be performing duties including sourcing candidates from various job boards and media sites, conducting phone screens/interviews, and submitting candidates to the internal Company recruiters for review and submittal to Company hiring managers. The RPO Recruiter will also track necessary updates in Taleo regarding sourcing efforts, interviews, etc.
Responsibilities
Creates and completes requisitions in the appropriate applicant system in alignment with internal processes
Builds and maintains effective partnerships with other recruiters and hiring managers to create a strategic recruiting plans to attract top industry talent
Provides consultation to hiring managers and other stakeholders in alignment with applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations as well as departmental processes
Sources and pipelines candidates for jobs through internal and external tools and resources
Aggregates market and industry data for the purposes of negotiating compensation with applicants and influencing strategic recruiting methods with hiring teams
Ensures quality and approves job postings and advertising
Contributes to the company's employer brand by promoting workplace culture, values, and tech-related initiatives
Builds and maintains the network of potential candidates through proactive market research
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent
Five or more years of experience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, crafting job postings, and building recruitment strategies.
Desired Skills Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with SuccessFactors
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting
