About the Role We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Commercial Sales Team as an individual contributor selling into health systems within a defined territory. This territory consists of Healthcare provider organizations in US, to include hospitals, health systems, senior care, home healthcare, medical group practices and similar provider organizations. You’ll be involved in every aspect of our commercial process: sourcing & developing leads, driving customers to close and managing relationships with our health systems customers. You'll have visibility into the entire company, work side-by-side with leadership and product team, and lead commercial strategy sessions. What You'll Accomplish Work individually, and with Partnerships & Marketing to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of health systems clients in your region. Independently take deals from initial conversation to close. Collaborate with legal on contract negotiation & signature. Contribute to product roadmap by feeding back the customer's voice. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 6-10 years work experience. Background in enterprise sales, with a history of closing large, complex deals with a long sales-cycle. Deep experience working with and understanding of US health systems. History of consistently attaining / exceeding quota. Experience closing deals with excellent project management, organization, and communication skills. Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively. Desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor future team members. Preferred Qualifications Experience in employee benefits sales, working with employee benefits consulting firms, or related technologies. Experience selling clinically oriented solutions to healthcare providers. Experience with digital health solutions for the employer or provider markets. Experience in a startup environment selling new-to-market products or growing new market segments. Compensation This position will have an annual salary, variable incentive, equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
