Great opportunity for a high caliber investment research sales professional to join a well-established primary research provider to institutional investors. Backed by a strong leadership team with one exit under their belt, and a proven high quality independent research service used by many of the top hedge funds, this person will have the freedom and flexibility to drive growth as their US sales person.
Our client is a well established investment research firm, sub 100 staff so nice enterprising small company environment, and they have established themselves as a high quality provider of primary research services to institutional investors (hedge funds and asset managers) in both Europe and North America.
Given the quality of their custom research services and client base they certainly 'punch above their weight', and interestingly don't have a dedicated US sales professional to 'unlock' their true sales potential, hence this hire. Working closely with the leadership team you'll have a relatively free reign to develop and execute their US sales strategy for growth, with a focus on the acquisition and growth of new clients. To be a good fit for the role our client is looking for the following experience and attributes:
Experience selling equity research / primary research / expert networking / investment research type services. This could have been gained with a research provider or financial institution.
A proven track record of sales success in your career to date.
Interest in working for a high growth enterprise.
Have the personal motivation and ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial team culture where your contribution will be recognised and rewarded.
