Sales Director - FlyEpic Fractional Ownership
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)
Salary: $150,000-$180,000 base + commission

About FlyEpic
FlyEpic is launching the first EPIC E1000 GX fractional ownership program-bringing jet-like speed and turboprop efficiency to Bay Area professionals and entrepreneurs. We're a startup redefining personal aviation in one of the world's fastest-moving regions.
The Opportunity
As our founding Sales Director , you'll lead go-to-market efforts, build a premium client base, and drive adoption of the EPIC E1000 GX-the world's fastest certified single-engine turboprop-among high-net-worth individuals across tech, venture capital, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and lead FlyEpic's Bay Area sales strategy for fractional ownership
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Generate leads via outreach, events, referrals, and digital campaigns
Convert qualified prospects into fractional share owners
Cultivate partnerships with wealth advisors, luxury service providers, and aviation influencers
Represent FlyEpic at aviation shows, networking events, and client meetings
Use CRM tools to track pipeline, activity, and customer success metrics
Collaborate with leadership to shape offerings and improve client experience
What We're Looking For
5+ years of successful sales experience in aviation, luxury, or high-value services
Proven track record selling to HNWIs and senior executives
Deep understanding of Bay Area's business and tech ecosystem
Comfortable with long sales cycles and value-based selling
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Aviation knowledge or private pilot experience a plus (not required)
