Sales Executive - Health Plan Vertical (Remote Position)

Overview We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive with IT services sales experience in the Healthcare Payer domain to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This is a remote role and location is flexible.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Health Plan/Payer industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales and technology and/or professional services sales. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most. We deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Level decision maker level.
Responsibilities Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions, including regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services and application management/support.
History of success in a sales hunter role with a demonstrated ability to acquire net new logos.
A passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes and recognized as an expert in Healthcare service solutions.
Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services and ability to articulate the value proposition to clients.
Creatively sell into large national Healthcare accounts and demonstrate successful deal closures.
Interface with C-level executives within the customer organization to influence purchasing decisions.
Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
Assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
Apply deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and client needs and challenges.
Understand and apply long-term vision of business and technology direction for NTT DATA.
Drive services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth.
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed annual quotas of $8 million Revenue / $16 million TCV.
Understand the competitive landscape for IT services and anticipate market and competitive factors influencing sales.
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication and boardroom executive presence.
Travel willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales.
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into enterprise Healthcare Payer clients.
