With a strong and loyal client portfolio, we're now poised for our next phase of growth-and we're looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to help us get there.
The Opportunity
As our Sales Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our national expansion. You'll work closely with leadership to shape and execute a strategic sales plan, build new client relationships, and grow existing accounts. This is a high-impact role with the autonomy to make a real difference in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a national sales strategy to expand our client base across the US
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends
What We're Looking For
10+ years of sales experience, ideally in eDiscovery, digital forensics, legal tech, or professional services
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong network within the legal or corporate investigations space
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Willingness to travel as needed
