You are a successful Sales Leader who will take ownership of your own region, drive revenue, and become a part of our exciting growth story.
The Opportunity
Manage a region, develop lasting client relationships, and position yourself for advancement into potential future roles such as Client Partner (owning key accounts) or Regional Manager.
Step into an untapped territory (greenfield opportunities) with lots of room to build, develop, and win new business.
Build your own pipeline and own your success as a self-starter, partnered with lead generation channels that provide 5–10 senior-level meetings per month, with the expectation to drive additional opportunities on your own.
Be responsible for building relationships, developing your pipeline, and closing high-value deals within the Life Sciences sector.
Hit revenue goals, build and own your own territory with the opportunity to potentially grow into a leadership role.
Pitch and close additional deals through highly qualified inbound leads generated by Marketing.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at Life Sciences companies and become their trusted partner.
Close large deals by driving $3.5M+ in revenue annually and securing 2 new logos each year, expanding UST’s footprint in the market.
Get fully ramped up with hands-on, in-field training designed to help you hit the ground running.
Leverage tools such as Gong, HubSpot, HighSpot, ZoomInfo and DemandBase to drive results.
Close complex deals and navigate strategic accounts with support from a Strategic Revenue Enabler (SRE).
Work with our dedicated sales support team to create presentations, POVs, and offers, and rely on Life Sciences domain experts to ensure client solutions.
You Will Need
Bachelors degree or relevant years of experience.
At least 10 years of experience in selling IT solutions, with a proven track record across multiple verticals (vertical agnostic).
A hunter with experience building and managing your own pipeline, exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue.
Relationship-focused, with a knack for developing deep, long-lasting client relationships.
Familiarity with consulting firms like EPAM, Cognizant, Persistent, or similar is a plus.
Startup experience or the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-energy environment is a big advantage.
Compensation and Location
Compensation can differ depending on factors including location, role, skill set, education, and experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in various U.S. markets.
Role Location: Remote, but the San Francisco area is preferred
Compensation Range: $120,000 to $180,000 plus sales commission plan.
Benefits
Full-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, and Company-paid life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Benefits offerings vary by location.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave per year and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees have similar benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. All US employees working in a state or locality with more generous sick leave benefits will receive those benefits.
