Salesforce Technical Lead

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Technical Lead. MAIN TASKS:
Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions for assigned accounts.
Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring the best solutions meet project requirements.
Identify and notify risks related to project/client profitability.
Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, alerting managers to deviations.
Ensure technical objectives and quality standards are met.
Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
Assist in project demos and deliver technical documentation.
Participate in training and mentoring technical staff.
Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling and methodological improvements.
Contribute to Omega's community of practice with thought leadership and training.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of experience in full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations.
Experience in Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
Experience with agile methodologies.
High proficiency in English.
