Strategic & Operational Leader in US Staffing | Bridging Talent Gaps & Strengthening Client Relationships | Empowering Recruiters, Delivering Results… Title: SAP BASIS Administrator Location: Brooklyn, NY Employment Type: Full-Time / Hybrid (3-4 Days onsite) The Challenge: As our System Administrator (SAP Basis & Cloud Integrations), you’ll be the heartbeat of our SAP landscape — maintaining, tuning, and evolving our enterprise systems across: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) SAP Group Reporting SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Your day-to-day will include: Acting as the primary SAP administrator for the entire cloud-based ecosystem. Monitoring system performance, availability, and health across S/4HANA, DMC, IBP, and Group Reporting. Managing integration flows, error resolution, and performance tuning within SAP BTP/CPI. Partnering with SAP, vendors, and implementation teams to resolve incidents and push continuous improvements. Handling user administration, roles, and authorizations in line with security and audit requirements. Managing upgrades, patches, and release cycles, including regression testing coordination. Supporting interface monitoring and data integrations across third-party apps. Ensuring full compliance with IT governance, audit, and security frameworks. Documenting configurations, workflows, and operational processes. Providing technical guidance during SAP projects, cutovers, and go-lives. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams. What You Bring to the Table Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years as an SAP Basis/System Administrator (Cloud or On-Prem). Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud administration . Familiarity with SAP BTP and CPI (monitoring, troubleshooting, error handling). Understanding of SAP DMC, IBP , and Group Reporting architecture. Strong grasp of SAP security concepts , including roles, authorizations, and audit compliance. Proven skills in system monitoring, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning. Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: SAP Basis certification(s). Experience in cloud hosting, SaaS, or multi-tenant environments . Knowledge of APIs, middleware tools, and 3rd-party integrations in SAP landscapes . Exposure to DevOps, automation, or monitoring tools in SAP environments. Soft Skills: Clear, confident communication — both technical and business-facing. Self-driven and highly organized with an ability to juggle multiple priorities. A proactive mindset — always looking to improve system efficiency. Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
