Your Key Responsibilities Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships. Overseeing project management, ensuring engagement economics are met. Developing resource plans and budgets. Managing large SAP client engagements or work streams. Demonstrating technical expertise and strong business acumen. Delivering high-quality client service, monitoring progress, and managing risks. Building relationships and fostering collaboration with clients and teams. Leading, motivating, and mentoring teams, fostering an inclusive environment. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Skills and Attributes for Success Effective communication, technical design skills, and the ability to analyze and map technology scenarios are essential. You should be proficient in system configuration, business architecture, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 5-7 years of relevant experience, including SAP PP expertise. Strong communication and project management skills. Experience managing SAP projects and understanding supply chain best practices. Willingness to travel 40-60%. Preferred Qualifications Consulting experience, SAP certifications, and SAP lifecycle implementation experience. Experience with SAP PP, MRP, and integration with MES, QM, and other modules.
