What We Look For We’re seeking senior SAP professionals to lead and deliver complex SAP PP and QM engagements within EY’s Technology practice. You will interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specifications, and design and deliver effective SAP-enabled solutions. The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship management, and a strong blend of technical and business acumen.

Responsibilities Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.

Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.

Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, aligning with client objectives.

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; stay abreast of industry trends relevant to the client.

Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed.

Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust.

Lead and motivate diverse teams, provide coaching, and foster an innovative, inclusive work environment; mentor junior consultants.

Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and meeting client needs; cultivate long-term client relationships.

Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Typically 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.

At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role.

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.

Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, with benchmarking and advisory experience related to supply chain technology.

Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.

Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%.

Experience in conducting technology cost-benefit analyses.

Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.

Skills in training design and delivery.

Ideal Requirements Prior consulting industry experience.

SAP certification(s).

Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP.

Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) focusing on PP; at least one full lifecycle implementation with SAP MRP.

Experience integrating SAP PP with MES and QM.

Hands-on SAP PP configuration experience and design of custom RICEF solutions.

Experience writing test scripts and end-user training materials.

Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and FICO, EWM, PPDS, PLM, MDM, and MM systems.

Understanding of manufacturing operations and lifecycle management (BOMs, MRP, make-to-stock, and make/engineer/configure to order).
