Responsibilities
Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, supervising the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions (Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing, and more).
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen in the Order-to-Cash domain and related sub-domains (Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement); stay updated on current trends (e.g., S/4HANA with Rise, BTP clean core concept, SAP AI scenarios).
Understand the impact of master data and hierarchies on the OTC process and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions.
Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed on progress and outcomes.
Lead client workshops and meetings to collect and understand user stories; build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Lead and mentor diverse teams, provide feedback and coaching, foster innovation and inclusion, and pursue new business opportunities; assess/present ways to serve clients within EY.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks; collaborate with EY practices to serve client needs.
Support professional development of team members through training, workshops, and career opportunities.
Skills and Attributes for Success To thrive in this role, combine technical and interpersonal skills to build relationships and deliver results. Typical engagements involve requirement gathering, architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design of solutions. Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Strong technical skills in application functional design and defining technology requirements.
Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience; at least eight years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash with deep SD functionality in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC, capable of designing, solving, configuring, implementing, and documenting complex WRICEF objects.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams, with strong project management experience (e.g., SAP Activate Methodology) and a track record of delivering SAP projects.
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-relevant finance/technology functions; training design and delivery skills.
Willingness to travel (estimated 40–60%).
Ideal Candidate
Experience in leading teams and managing change; prior consulting experience; SAP certification(s).
Ability to build and manage client relationships.

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits. Salary ranges vary by location: for most US locations, $169,900 – $388,200; in NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento), $203,900 – $441,300. Salaries depend on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Total Rewards includes medical/dental, pension/401(k), and PTO options.
Hybrid model: most client-serving roles are expected to be in-person 40–60% of the time during engagements.
