Your Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams. Supervise the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, including Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing, and more.
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen in the Order-to-Cash domain and its integrated areas such as Supply Chain (Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation Management, EWM), Finance, and Procurement. Stay updated on industry trends like S/4HANA with Rise, BTP, SAP AI scenarios, and demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt.
Understand the impact of master data and hierarchies on OTC processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams for holistic solutions.
Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
Lead client workshops and meetings to gather requirements, establish relationships, and understand user stories.
Lead and inspire diverse teams through feedback, coaching, fostering an inclusive environment, and mentoring junior staff.
Identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain long-term client relationships and collaborate across EY practices.
Support professional development of team members through training and career opportunities.
Skills And Attributes For Success Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities. Lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with technical teams for configuration and integration of SAP and non-SAP systems.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least nine years of related experience.
Minimum eight years of SAP OTC experience, with deep functional and technical expertise in SD modules in SAP S/4HANA and ECC, including designing and implementing complex WRICEF objects.
Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Proven leadership in client relationships, project management (SAP Activate), and successful SAP project delivery.
Knowledge of industry best practices and prior consulting experience.
Ability to research and address emerging issues and regulations.
Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications Prior consulting experience.
SAP certifications.
