Overview Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance position at SeatGeek. The Strategic Finance Senior Analyst sits within the Financial Planning & Forecasting sub team, whose mission is to enable better financial planning and decision‑making by leading forecasting processes across the business. The team supports functions across SeatGeek by consolidating revenue and margin models for our Primary, Secondary, EMEA, and Inventory business lines, and is responsible for monthly, quarterly, and long‑range forecasting and budgeting; developing scenario planning capabilities; and supporting the Investor Relations team with guidance formulation. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance and is an individual contributor, not a people manager.
What You'll Do Develop and maintain models for our consensus driven forecasting process to inform in‑quarter resource deployment decisions and provide a preview of quarterly accounting close results
Partner with the Commercial Performance, Account Management, and Analytics teams to budget and consolidate our existing client, integrated partnership, and non‑integrated Secondary revenue lines
Collaborate with the Demand team to understand and incorporate the impact of marketing spend and its ROI on our Secondary budget
Develop scenario planning capabilities to allow SeatGeek to plan and prepare for a wide range of environments in the unpredictable live events business
What You Have 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, management consulting, or investment banking, with 2+ years of direct FP&A experience preferred
Experience partnering with Analytics and Data Science teams to integrate data‑driven forecasting into FP&A processes
Experience partnering with Marketing teams and familiarity with Marketing concepts such as ROAS, CLV, incrementality, and CPC/RPC
Mastery of financial modeling (3‑statement, NPV, Cohort Modeling) and spreadsheet functionality
Advanced understanding of relational databases and BI tool functionality
Strong project management skills; capable of conceiving and executing projects independently with minimal oversight

The salary range for this role is $103,000 - $149,000 USD. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
