A book of business is not required but welcome.We are seeking experienced attorneys with substantive experience defending employers across a wide range of single plaintiff employment-related disputes and administrative charges. This practice is set apart from their competitors due to a genuine commitment to professional growth and well-being, energetic atmosphere, schedule flexibility, and sustainable work practices.Core responsibilities for this position includeDrafting substantive motions including motions to dismiss and summary judgmentsPreparing compelling oppositions to a variety of motionsInvestigating and analyzing liability and damages to develop effective case strategiesConducting legal researchPreparing discovery requests/responsesTaking/defending depositionsRepresenting clients in court, hearings, trial, and alternative dispute resolutionThe ideal candidate is an innovative problem solver with strong written and oral advocacy skills.
