Build solutions to address enterprise customers' data privacy and security challenges at scale Own and improve the solutions you develop, ensuring scalability and robustness Develop server-side components primarily in Golang, interacting with various data stores and processing pipelines Co-own a high-performing, fault-tolerant, secure microservice architecture, and continuously enhance it Apply data security and protection techniques in practice Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand use cases and develop end-to-end solutions Share responsibility for the quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our SaaS systems Innovate in building, deploying, and operating systems Stay updated on new technologies and contribute to open source communities Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, and experience with cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) Deep understanding of scalable distributed systems and domain-driven data modeling Experience building production services in Golang (preferred) or Java/Python/Scala Experience with cloud-native environments and understanding their advantages and challenges Strong focus on tooling, automation, and best practices to improve developer experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with mobile, web, and mixed environments Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions), databases/storage solutions (Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.), and version control (Git) Ability to troubleshoot, instrument, and optimize performance in large-scale Kubernetes deployments Pay & Benefits The annual salary range is $160,000 - $225,000.
