Job Requirements Providing foresight and protection for the company against legal risks. Preparing and examining contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, etc. Coordinating proactive completion of discovery as a case may require, i.e. interrogatories, request for production of documents, depositions. Managing all phases of litigation in cases involving employment discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful discharge and unfair labor practice claims. Education IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
