Overview Develops methods, processes, and systems to analyze diverse big data sources, generating insights for business partners and product improvements. Collaborates with senior data scientists to develop new research approaches. Responsibilities Work with large, complex data sets to solve unstructured problems using analytical and statistical methods. Lead data sourcing, ingestion, and cleaning; assist in scaling data cleanup processes and ensure data stability. Build econometric, statistical, and machine learning models for various problems. Code and promote models into production systems. Develop and refine models, implement self-healing frameworks, and assess model performance. Create educational materials and model outputs for business discussions. Collaborate on new research approaches and review code for efficiency and accuracy. Adhere to risk, regulatory standards, and promote an inclusive environment. Complete additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree + 5 years related experience or 9 years higher education/work experience including 5 years related experience. Experience with statistical principles, software, and tools. Knowledge of hybrid databases, SQL, and modeling techniques. Preferred Qualifications Masters or Doctorate in related fields with coursework in statistics, econometrics, etc. Proficiency in advanced econometric/statistical techniques and software. Salary range: $113,528.29 - $189,213.82 annually.
