We are seeking a strategic and results-driven sales leader to elevate our Large, Field, and SDR teams. This role involves developing scalable systems, coaching talent, and aligning customer experience across product, marketing, and sales functions. You will own sales strategies, manage leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new markets and enhance product-market fit.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading and inspiring high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Designing and implementing growth initiatives that integrate product, marketing, and sales efforts.
Ensuring alignment of sales processes with customer success by partnering with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams.
Utilizing automation and AI tools to optimize sales performance and efficiency.
Driving go-to-market strategies for new products and market expansion.
Ideal candidates have:
Over 8 years of sales leadership experience in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
A proven record of scaling teams and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong expertise in systems, automation, and strategic execution.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency with CRM, sales automation, and analytics tools.

Hover has hubs in San Francisco and New York City. Employees are expected to work in-office at least three times a week if within 50 miles of these locations. The US salary range for this role is $199,000-$227,000 with an OTE of $398,000-$454,000 annually. Exact compensation depends on location, skills, and experience.
