$174,911.31 - $286,461.89
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Job Overview:
This position leads the development and implementation of BCBSA's digital workplace strategy, focusing on enhancing productivity, collaboration, and user experience through technology in on-premise, cloud, and SaaS environments. It oversees design and delivery of digital solutions supporting a hybrid work environment, ensuring secure, seamless, and resilient technology experiences. The role collaborates with leaders to develop digital experience roadmaps, drive user adoption, improve digital engagement, and enable organizational success.
Essential Functions include:
Technology Innovation: Oversee integration and optimization of collaboration tools, endpoint management, AV solutions, and digital assistant technologies. Stay ahead of trends in digital employee experience, automation, and AI tools.
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the digital workplace vision, roadmap, and KPIs for a hybrid, digitally native workforce.
In-office / Hybrid Experience: Create technology solutions for seamless in-person and remote collaboration, ensure AV reliability, provide a modern workplace, and support hybrid work.
Strategic Communicator: Lead strategic communications emphasizing digital experience management to foster a digitally savvy workforce.
Change Management: Lead adoption strategies, training, and communications for digital solutions, ensuring usability and adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Facilities, Security, IT to align initiatives with the employee lifecycle.
Security & Reliability: Ensure solutions meet security requirements and improve the digital workplace.
People Leadership: Manage performance, foster growth, and create an inclusive environment, motivating and inspiring teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of progressive leadership in IT, digital transformation, or workplace technology
Knowledge in enterprise digital workplace delivery, platforms, strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
