Overview Senior Director, Revenue (OTC / Accounting) at Komodo Health. This leadership role will drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in a complex, scaling environment, manage a global revenue team, lead a major revenue automation initiative, and partner across Sales, Legal, and Finance.

This role contributes to ensuring accurate and efficient revenue recognition to support company growth and governance.
Responsibilities Lead and oversee the entire OTC function, including contract review, billing, collections, and cash application.
Own the revenue close process during month-end and quarter-end, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Lead the revenue automation system implementation in partnership with IT and external implementation partners.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing international revenue team with clear goals, resources, and training.
Draft, maintain, and enforce OTC policies and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Finance to structure contracts that support efficient and accurate revenue recognition.
Identify, design, and implement process improvements and system enhancements for both domestic and international growth.
Conduct training and enablement sessions for stakeholders on OTC processes, policies, and systems.
What You Bring To Komodo Health (required) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
5+ years in a senior leadership role leading a dispersed/global team
Deep experience managing the full OTC function within a scaling private technology or SaaS company
Proven ability to lead large and complex revenue teams, including international operations
Demonstrated success with full life-cycle implementation of a revenue automation platform (preferably NetSuite ARM or RevPro)
Advanced knowledge of OTC processes and a track record of creating efficient, scalable workflows
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Expectations Of AI Use In This Role (required) Leverage approved AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity
Proactively identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and free up capacity for strategic initiatives
Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have) Experience with Big 4 and industry backgrounds
CPA or strong understanding of ASC 606
Compensation and Location The pay range reflects base salary for this US role, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity where applicable. Location-specific ranges are:
San Francisco Bay Area and New York City: $236,000—$285,000 USD
All Other US Locations: $206,000—$255,000 USD
