Key Responsibilities Act as a discipline leader on multiple MEP projects and manage complex design efforts across industries (Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Biotech, Transportation, and more).
Develop innovative and complex electrical system designs.
Meet and consult with clients to align design with requirements.
Provide guidance to junior design staff.
Support overall project management within the MEP team.
Required BS in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in MEP design/consulting
Project management experience in the MEP space
High-energy client services skills
Excellent communication ability
Complete understanding of building codes
Thorough design system knowledge
Preferred Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience)
LEED Accreditation
Experience with Revit
