About the Role RSGx is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our team on a landmark renewable energy project in the Pilbara, WA. This is a rare opportunity to play a lead role in delivering one of Western Australia’s largest solar farms, with future opportunities across our growing energy transition portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate electrical engineering design, installation, and commissioning activities. Oversee construction of PV arrays, PCS units, transmission lines, and substation connection works. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements. Provide technical guidance to construction teams and subcontractors. Manage engineering documentation, drawings, and QA/QC processes. Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical infrastructure. About You Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Previous experience on large-scale power, transmission, or renewable energy projects. Knowledge of 33 kV transmission/distribution overhead lines, substation integration, and SCADA systems.
