About the Role

RSGx is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our team on a landmark renewable energy project in the Pilbara, WA. This is a rare opportunity to play a lead role in delivering one of Western Australia’s largest solar farms, with future opportunities across our growing energy transition portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering design, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Oversee construction of PV arrays, PCS units, transmission lines, and substation connection works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Manage engineering documentation, drawings, and QA/QC processes.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical infrastructure.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience on large-scale power, transmission, or renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of 33 kV transmission/distribution overhead lines, substation integration, and SCADA systems.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
