Your role at Sephora:
As a Senior Engineer, you will: Diagnose, fix, and enhance in-house and third party software web applications. Provide third-level post implementation support to Sephora business users. Analyze software issues, resolve software issues to restore immediate service, then follow up with comprehensive long term solutions. Configure software systems and application settings. Perform software coding and recovery of corrupted data. Prepare and interpret technical documentation, including help desk run books. Work independently on multiple issues and dynamic priorities. Mentor support engineers and lead meetings as needed. Work closely with assigned business teams/units to develop a strong understanding of their unique software and system needs. (Work from home permitted.)
· Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
· Three (3) years of experience in the offered position, as a Systems Engineer, Application Developer or in a closely related software engineering role.
Experience must include:
· The full software development life cycle (SDLC);
· Blue Yonder (JDA – SAAS tool) and Blue Yonder SCPO Module;
· Oracle SQL and MySQL;
· Supply Chain Inventory Planning and Merchandising software systems; and
Salary: $166,865 to $169,400 per year depending on experience.
