The company leverages advanced machine learning and automation to deliver smarter underwriting, higher approval rates, lower risk, and a seamless borrower experience. The Product-Led Growth (PLG) team focuses on engaging existing users with personalized, timely, and relevant offers. By continuously underwriting users, the team helps them make better financial decisions while driving marketplace growth. This group plays a critical role in shaping customer engagement and expanding product adoption through intelligent targeting, cross-sell strategies, and personalization. Responsibilities Define and drive the engineering roadmap for intelligent, personalized offer presentation and strategic recommendations. Partner with product managers, designers, ML scientists, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact user-facing features. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on building scalable, high-quality systems. Leverage experimentation and analytics to continuously iterate on engagement strategies, enhancing lifetime value and customer satisfaction. Oversee the delivery of features that directly shape how users discover and benefit from a growing suite of financial products. Ideal Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management. Proven success leading product-oriented teams delivering user-facing features with measurable business outcomes. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to cross-functional partners. Preferred Experience with growth engineering systems such as experimentation platforms, personalization engines, or recommendation algorithms. Familiarity with marketplace-style product dynamics. Full-stack development experience with the ability to contribute across the stack. Proven ability to scale technical systems and engineering organizations.
