The Senior Principal Trainer is a seasoned Epic trainer with many years of training experience, ranging from Epic implementations and Epic upgrades to ongoing support for a series of Epic modules. Process improvement is a key role of the Senior Principal Trainer and hence experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus. In addition, this role drives technical innovations for the Epic training team and spearheads the development of digital content. S/He mentors peers and assists with Epic training environment build requests, related trouble-shooting, and special projects as needed. The Senior Principal Trainer is not only an outstanding trainer and great coach but also a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Nine years of related experience, education/training as an Epic Certified Principle Trainer, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus five years of related experience/training as an Epic Certified Principal Trainer.
Must obtain certification in primary EMR module(s) within four (4) months of initial hire.
Must maintain current certification for primary EMR module(s) as a condition of employment.
Experience and proven success in information systems implementation, development and support within a large-scale healthcare organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EPIC Certification.
Experience as a major participant in a clinical system implementation.
Lean Six Sigma certification: Green Belt; Master Training Environment build/rebuild experience.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $101,200 - $192,200 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $48.47 - $92.05
