Job Summary: Join our customer's team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling robust infrastructure and innovative backend systems. You will leverage your expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Go to architect solutions that support cutting-edge application features and data processing at scale. This is an opportunity to collaborate with top engineering talent while shaping backend technology in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect large-scale, reliable backend infrastructure to power critical business applications. Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code using Kotlin, Java, and Go. Support application development, interface integration, database architecture, and feature enhancement initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives and product milestones. Participate in code reviews, providing mentorship and technical guidance to other backend engineers. Contribute to the deployment, monitoring, and testing of new features and services. Champion best practices in software engineering, ensuring code quality and scalability. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java; proficiency in GoLang is a significant plus. Deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and Load Balancers. Proven experience with gRPC, API development, and dependency injection frameworks. Extensive knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling and ETL pipelines. Strong skills in object-oriented design and XML schema definition. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications: Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience mentoring and leading backend engineering teams. Track record of successfully launching scalable backend features in fast-paced environments.
