We are looking for exceptional teammates to help shape the future. XperiencOps Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our innovative development team. You will utilize your expertise in back-end technologies to design and implement software solutions aligned with our business goals. The role requires advanced skills in creating and implementing serverless architectures capable of managing Frontend and Backend Systems with complex processing needs, ensuring resilience and throughput. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based serverless frameworks and the ability to create scalable systems that maintain performance and reliability under varying loads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on user-facing applications and backend modules, designing and developing scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Full Stack Development : Lead the development of frontend features for a seamless user experience and contribute to backend development to ensure smooth integration. Agile Collaboration : Work with product designers and backend engineers to implement and refine UI/UX designs. API Integration : Develop and manage APIs for communication between client-side applications and backend services. Frontend Design & Architecture : Build, test, and maintain scalable frontend architecture using React.js and other modern frameworks. Code Quality Assurance : Ensure quality and reliability through rigorous testing and validation. Technical Leadership : Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and accountability; mentor junior engineers. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of design decisions, architecture, and codebases. Requirements: 7+ years of experience with React.js, Python, and Typescript. 5+ years designing and developing API-driven backend systems; experience with AWS Serverless technologies and GraphQL is a plus. Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB) and data modeling. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data analysis methods. Passion for building data products and ability to learn new domains. Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to deliver innovative solutions. Familiarity with startup dynamics and adaptability to shifting priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Estimated base salary range: $175,000 - $214,000 USD, depending on qualifications and market factors.
