About the Role The Senior HR Systems Analyst leads analysis, reporting, and project management for HR Systems, including Workday, Taleo, and iCIMS. Responsibilities include:
Develop business requirements and specifications.
Perform fit-gap analysis with key resources such as Workday, IT, and HR experts.
Recommend process improvements to enhance HR Systems efficiency.
Configure and set up systems, ensuring maintainability.
Coordinate data conversions, cleanup, and auditing.
Manage user security and develop custom reports and exports.
Support testing, develop documentation, and create training materials.
Develop integration workflows and ensure system compatibility.
Provide ongoing support for HR systems.
About You
Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years of relevant experience, including HR Systems implementation/support.
Workday HCM experience essential.
Proficiency in report writing tools and experience with Excel or Access preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Compensation Salary ranges are:
New York & San Francisco: $116,000 - $162,000 annually.
