Title: Senior Java Developer with AWS Contract: 6-12 months Location: King of Prussia, PA and Seattle, WA Interview: Phone and Skype Job Description: Note: Staff experienced resources who have prior migration experience moving from on-premises to AWS cloud. Will need to educate/provide knowledge transfer to upskill internal teams. Focus on migrating Java applications to AWS. Responsibilities: Lead initiatives to migrate applications currently in Java to AWS. Experience with AWS services, architecture, CLI, SDK, Elastic Search, Kinesis, GIT, Jenkins, Test Driven Development/Behavior Driven Development. Familiarity with Spring Boot, AWS, Node.js is a plus. UI and front-end experience are not required since UI will be as-is. Knowledge of Python, Kinesis/Kafka is a plus. Agile methodology experience required.
